Make sure whoever you go with can describe a process that makes sense, its thorough and they seem to know what they are talking about.
You home is unique, your estimate should be too. Any company that has flat rate pricing for all homes is hiding something or not giving constant service. A 2 bedroom 900sqft home does not take the same amount of work as the 3,500sqft 5bedroom home a couple streets over.
Be cautious of very low prices. I know there are some companies that will be lower than my prices and some them may do good work.
